GUIDE LED RIVER TRAIL

PADDLE WITH A GUIDE BESIDE YOU

The best days on the Boyne are when you go downstream with a local paddler. They know the easy routes, the sudden drops and the longer trails that take you deep into rarely seen Boyne countryside. All you’ll have to do is soak up the sights, enjoy the craic and forget about the 9 to 5. We run two trails on the Blueway – one easy route for families and one for more adventurous days out. No matter what trail you go on, your guides will get you back to base safely.

These Sit-on-Top Kayak trails are the perfect day out for pure beginners, families and wannabe explorers. Groups are put together according to whether you want leisurely drifts through nature or fun splashfests. Before you even set foot in water you’ll be taught the basics. Once on the Boyne, your guide will take you through your paces. This is the fun part. By the end of a guided trip, you’ll be paddling with confidence thanks to spending 2 hours with your group guide.
