MINI ADVENTURES FOR EASY-GOING EXPLORERS

YOU PICK YOUR TRIP – WE PICK YOU UP

With 8km of rarely seen landscape in Meath, the Boyne Blueway is the ideal river stretch to begin exploring the Irish outdoors. You can take easy trips that are plenty of craic. You can go on longer journeys deep into the idyllic countryside. Some of you like to paddle at your own pace. We have pick-up points along the way so you can check in with us and hop on a bus back.

Floating on the Boyne is a different style of traveling. The flow is gentle and the route is mellow. You can drift along or soak up the quiet. The stresses of modern life tend to disappear here. There are ancient ruins and castles around each bend. In fact, there are so many that we need giant inflatable rafts to carry our historical tour groups.

The Boyne might be ancient but she is always gentle. It is one of the safest rivers we know. If you are a newbie dipping your toes into your first water adventure, you’’ll be grand. A river like ours is a great spot for training. If you want to try sit-in-kayaking, our expert instructors will get you comfortable in a few days. If adventure racing is your thing, we will show you how to destroy your opponents on the flat water.
